What is CITANZ?
The CITANZ is a non-profit organisation created for fostering and supporting Chinese IT professional community in New Zealand; CITANZ creates unique opportunities and platform for connecting, sharing and growing our Chinese IT professional community. CITANZ also work with other communities and associations to achieve the above purposes.
How do I join CITANZ?
You can request a member application form by sending email to membership@cita.org.nz One of the committee members will be able to assist you.
How do I cancel CITANZ membership?
Your membership will be cancelled automatically 2 weeks after your membership is due. More details please refer to our Membership Terms and Conditions.
What membership benefits do I get from CITANZ?
Free access to monthly meetup events; Access to our mentorship programme; Discounted ticket to access our training events and conferences; Member-only networking event and social activities; Job referral Programme;
How can I contribute to CITANZ?
Any level of participation is contribution. You can just simply attend events you are interested, stay connected with other members, share information within CITANZ or become a volunteer or mentor. You can always contact CITANZ on info@cita.org.nz if you have any enquiries.
How should I engage with CITANZ?
We have a few platforms available for members of CITANZ to be engaged. You can use WeChat, GitHub or simply using email to communicate. Email is the formal way of delivering important notice. Our official WeChat account is: CITANZ
How much is the membership fee?
$60 per annual for full membership; 50% discount for students.

Can I still be a member if I moved out of Wellington or overseas?
Yes, CITANZ is open for all members in NZ, please inform CITANZ if your physical address changed. The committee will discuss with you.
